We are the leaders in REAL mental health help for our First Responders. We grew tired of the promises made by agencies and politicians. After we started this adventure we realized the need was bigger than even we imagined.

We have broken the barriers that have plagued us all this time. We understand that you have families to feed, kids to clothe and bills to pay. Sometimes the cost of a co-pay is that weeks gas money. SO, we pay co-pays for First Responders, every session, every time. We pay the entire bill if your particular insurance isn’t covered at our clinicians offices. We pay the whole bill if you don’t have insurance, every bill, every time.

We select clinicians that use Telehealth for appointments. Your not seen going into a medical office, your not seen leaving one either. This has always been a fear that being seen getting help will effect your employment. We don’t call your administration to verify employment. We will call the station and just to talk to you, or stop in and see if your on the schedule so trust me, there’s many ways to find out if you are still an active First Responder without calling the bosses. We never see your name again after you fill out the financial request form, the Clinicians assign you a number and we see only that after the form is approved. No one knows your there! This is not for prevention of suicide alone, this is for a QUALITY OF LIFE outside of this job.

We chose clinicians that deal with all types of trauma/addictions and provide services for your families, and yes we pay the co-pays/bills for them too! Our families deal with our trauma and we forget that some times. This is a path for a better family life and marriage life (we can’t stop you from saying stupid things, you’re on your own there). Wouldn’t you like to go home after a bad shift and feel like you belong in your own home, we can teach you that. To be a better parent and partner and not have added stress, we can teach you that too!

Additionally we wrote in our program the departments themselves. They can use us if there is a disaster or incident that involves their people, and we pay that bill for the department too. They only know that you went to your first appointment as ordered, and if you are fit or unfit for duty…..that’s it. They don’t know about follow up visits, they don’t know about what you said or didn’t say. You are covered under HIPAA.

Hospital Nurses, we didn’t forget you either. If you worked through the Covid era, work or have worked ER or do patient care that is ICE or trauma related contact us.
